The staff here were incredibly helpful and skilled right from our check-in.

our apartment was wonderful with a lovely view over garden. there was a spotless bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

My experience was really good here. Everything was modern. - the location was magnificent, really close to Italy, which is very handy. - the staff were wonderfully helpful throughout the day.

Cleaning of the room is only once a week. They are not and could make available some cleaning detergents/soap (also for dishes).

Recently renovated venue in a perfect location, right next to a great supermarket and huge grocery store. Our apartment had 2 single beds, a kitchenette, and a balcony. - Loved our stay at Residence Marina Palace.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the fabulous beaches in the area, just a couple of minutes away by car. It's also situated opposite a really handy supermarket and very close to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities of the apartment at Residence Marina Palace. The living room with a kitchenette and additional bedroom provided plenty of space for our stay. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals, and having a supermarket right across the street was very convenient. We also found the prices to be very affordable compared to other places we've stayed at. The staff at the hotel were polite and efficient, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been better.

We had the best time with my friends exploring the natural monument nearby, taking long walks and just enjoying the beautiful scenery. And let me tell you, the festival was off the chain! There were events for everyone, whether you were into church stuff or just a regular tourist like us. Plus, we got to swim at the partner hotel's pool, which was only 400 meters away. The whole experience was dope!

The only thing we would have loved is if there were more options for young party-goers like us. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast at the festival, but it would have been even better if there were some more epic parties or nightlife activities in the area.
